Caccia Al Piano's Vermentino 'Le Bozze' is a white wine that favours freshness and immediacy. The production process involves soft pressing of whole grapes and slow fermentation at low temperatures, techniques that maximise the aromatic profile of Vermentino. Subsequent ageing on the lees enriches its structure. The nose is reminiscent of white flowers, citrus zest and Mediterranean herbs, while the palate is smooth, salty and relaxed. It pairs perfectly with vegetable or fish first courses, try it with pasta alla Nerano
Bright straw yellow with slight greenish reflections
Crisp aromas, with elderflower, lemon zest and yellow apple opening up to hints of iodine
Tense and fresh, with pleasant sapidity and a graceful, fragrant taste
