
Poggio Levante's Vermentino 'Unnè' comes from vineyards near Monte Amiata, where the sea breeze and clay soil give the wine its freshness and minerality. Vinification takes place in steel for 9 months, with a night of cold maceration to preserve the aromas. The nose releases citrus and broom flowers, with delicate hints of yellow fruit and flint. On the palate, it is fresh with an energetic and savoury profile. Excellent with quality sushi
