A symbol of the Italian aperitif, this Vermouth Bianco Extra Dry was launched on 1 January 1900, becoming the first dry Vermouth in history. It is pale straw yellow in colour, with elegant floral and spicy hints ending on a citrus accent. The palate is dry, light and refreshing, with a pleasant bitter touch. Try it in a classic Gin Martini, garnished to taste with lemon zest, olive or the classic cocktail onion
Intense straw yellow
Citrus profile with herbaceous hints of mugwort and herbs, finish with lemon peel and toasted hints
Dry and very fresh, pleasantly bitter and smooth
