Garbata's Vermouth Rosso is a meeting point between a northern liqueur tradition and the Roman style. In addition to herbaceous hints of wormwood, magiorana, bay leaves and a touch of pepper, hints of seaweed and green tea can be perceived on the nose, giving umami sensations to the palate.
