The 'Sankt Anna' from In der Eben is a Schiava wine that comes from volcanic soils above Bolzano. A historic winery that works organically and biodynamically, part of the grape stalks are left to ferment to extract tannins and structure. The nose releases aromas of wild strawberries and sweet violets, with hints of pink pepper and fresh grass. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth, with soft tannins and an intense savouriness that enhances its drinkability. Ideal with white meats such as roast chicken or smoked cured meats
