noble lees in steel for 7 months and for the same period 15% in barrique of second passage French oak.

To the eye, the wine appears straw yellow, relaxes the nose with fruity notes, artemisia flowers, elderflower, basil, briny sensations, and grapefruit peel. On the palate, it releases a fresh tactile sapidity, great personality, and a mineral finish. The style is not something that is created, it is something you have inside!
