This Viognier from L''Astemia is a Piedmontese version of a fascinating international variety. The vines are planted in the 'Tiradoss' plot, a vocated area near the Bussia Mention. Maturation in wood allows the development of great body and an intense fruit profile. The nose recalls evolved hints of peach and apricot, crowned by a balsamic finish. The palate offers a structured and complex, refreshing taste with a saline mineral profile
Intense straw yellow
Typical ripe peach, lemon peel, balsamic aromas with hints of fennel
Full, very fresh, savoury and with a mineral profile
