Cantine Fina's Vitrarolo is a wine that recounts the rediscovery of a forgotten native Sicilian grape variety. It is produced in western Sicily from pure Vitrarolo grapes grown near the sea. The colour is an intense, lively ruby, heralding the freshness of the aromas: red and black fruits and fresh hints of white pepper. The palate offers good structure with pleasant freshness and young but soft tannins. Try it with tasty pasta with meat sauce
