Alonso & Pedrajo's Viura 'Nauda' is an 'orange' wine made with an iconic Rioja grape variety, commonly known as Macabeo. This single-varietal white wine is produced using long maceration in 'tinajas', traditional Spanish amphorae. After six months in amphorae and on the skins, this wine is bottled without additives, clarification or filtration. The nose is fruity and complex, with hints of apricot and citrus. On the palate, it is rustic, savoury and sharply fresh. It pairs well with fatty fish and mature cheeses, and is ideal with Rioja-style cod
Deep amber
