Keller's White 'Weissburgunder+Chardonnay' is a historic cuvée of the winery, a blend of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay grown between limestone plots and in löss. It is matured three quarters in high-quality German and French barrels and one quarter in steel to maintain freshness. The nose reveals brackish hints, fresh citrus fruits such as lemon, delicate white flowers and finally intriguing aromas of fresh almonds. In the mouth it reveals a dry but juicy structure, balanced by a distinct salinity that balances the sip perfectly. Perfect with scallops gratin with herb butter
