Weissburgunder Hochklaus 2020

Hochklaus Pinot Bianco is a full-bodied, elegant wine produced in South Tyrol from 55-year-old vines. The vineyards have a 45% slope and can be described as heroic viticulture: the plots are very difficult to work and every operation must be carried out strictly by hand. The bouquet expresses notes of white fruit, hints of citrus, hints of toasted almonds, with a delicate mineral scent on the finish. On the palate, it is enveloping and rich, supported by a vivid freshness and accompanied by a long, savoury finish. It pairs naturally with baked salmon trout
