The nose opens with elegant aromas of ripe pears and yellow apples, then develops a citrus and mineral profile of rare vivacity. On the palate, it reveals a surprising freshness, and the flavour is precise, clean and vertical, of great length. The producer appreciates it in combination with smoked grilled sole
