The distillery, where the precious Mezcal Nuestra Soledad arises, stands out in the production of this Mexican liquor for its highly crafted methods, centuries old and handed down from generation to generation within the farming families residing in the region of Oaxaca. The tradition and the origins’s love appear from the brand name: in fact, Nuestra Soledad is a tribute to the patron saint of the city of Oaxaca, Our Lady the Virgin of Solitude. The mezcal distillery is produced from native raw materials, in particular, the Espadin variety of agave, which is cultivated by Cortes & El Jolgorio in the same region. You can already feel the terroir of the area, the pure water and the precious woods from the aromas of the spirit, masterfully balanced by Master Mezcalero, being a perfect demonstration of productive differences existing between the villages of Santiago Matatlán, La Empresa Ejutla, and San Baltazar Guelavila. The distillery Nuestra Soledad has lived for centuries in the daily lives of Mexicans and can offer to anyone, who meets its mezcal, really special tastes.
