Vallarom

The Vallarom winery is conducted with care, love and dedication by Filippo Scienza and his wife Barbara since 1998, when he replaced his grandparents. From his earliest days at the helm of Villarom Filippo felt the need to return to a more environmentally friendly viticulture, without the mediation of chemical products: only in this way, according to Filippo, it was possible to shape a wine that was really the son of these territories, of the environment, of his own hands and of the season. In this way was born the need to change the products and the systems of defense against major diseases, just trying to find the right balance in the vineyards, driven by the realization that only in this way he can produce a unique wine. Since then, craftsmanship, simplicity and sustainability inspired by the work in the vineyard and in the cellar of Filippo, who since 2011 has certified Vallarom as organic winery. A really deep passion that binds Filippo to these lands and drove him to produce wines of the highest quality, integrity and elegant.
