Talcomraja's Xarel-lo '6 Vincles' was born from a simple idea: wine as a common thread between people. The name is inspired by the sociological theory of six degrees of separation. The grape variety chosen is Pansa Blanc, the local name for Xarel-lo, which is capable of yielding straightforward, territorial wines. The nose releases notes of green apple, chamomile and a touch of aromatic herbs. In the mouth, it is dry, with lively freshness and a slightly savoury finish. Perfect with typical Catalan 'pan con tomate' or anchovies marinated in lemon. A sip that unites, just like the bottle that contains it
