Le Vigne di Zamò's 'Zamò Bianco' is a Friulian blend that encompasses many of the iconic varieties grown in the region: Friulano, Ribolla, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon and Riesling, which undergo a brief cold maceration to accentuate their aromatic components. This is followed by partial malolactic fermentation and maturation on the lees with frequent bâtonnage to give structure to the palate. The nose reveals notes of white fruit, citrus and light herbaceous nuances. The palate is fresh and savoury, with a soft finish that rounds off the drink. It pairs well with fish and vegetable dishes, ideal with baked trout
