Le Vigne di Zamò's Pinot Grigio 'Zamò Grigio' is a fresh yet full-bodied white wine, produced from concentrated grapes but vinified to enhance the fresh, dry, immediate and versatile profile of the grape variety. The nose is reminiscent of white flowers, green apple and a slight hint of citrus that supports the wine's fragrant character. On the palate, it is dry and smooth, lively, fresh and with a clean finish that invites a second sip. Excellent with seafood dishes and light appetisers, it is ideally paired with a seafood risotto
Light straw yellow
Crisp apple, then apricot, dry lime blossom and hints of pollen
Fresh, with good warmth and moderate structure, agile on the palate
