'Bianco' from the Podere Pisani winery is a fresh, harmonious and inviting wine. It is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Riesling and Friulano grapes, grown on vines planted in the 1970s on morainic soils. The nose reveals floral and fruity notes, enriched by delicate lactic hints on the finish, the result of spontaneous malolactic fermentation. On the palate, it is vertical and pleasantly fresh, with a salty finish that enhances its drinkability. Ideal paired with lemon chicken escalopes or served as an aperitif accompanied by grilled vegetables.
