The Gewurztraminer 'Amzelle' Marc Tempé comes from two famous Alsatian crus, Zellenberg and Rebelesberg. The nose releases intense aromas of candied citrus fruits, with delicate jammy nuances reminiscent of Indian chutneys. The sip is full and taut, with a vibrant freshness that persists in a pleasantly bitter finish. The fragrance of the grape is very persistent, which makes this white a perfect match for spicy dishes and fusion cuisine, such as a shrimp curry with coconut milk. A great white, also excellent for meditation
Brilliant golden yellow
Attack with candied lemon and bitter orange, with hints of mango jam, then lychee and hints of iodine
Broad and dense, long fragrance and persistent flavour, fresh
