Marc Tempé's Gewurztraminer 'Amzelle' comes from two famous Alsatian crus, Zellenberg and Rebelesberg. The nose releases intense aromas of candied citrus fruits, with delicate hints of jam reminiscent of Indian chutneys. The palate is full and taut, with a vibrant freshness that lingers in a pleasantly bitter finish. The fragrance of the grape variety is very persistent, making this white wine a perfect match for spicy dishes and fusion cuisine, such as a coconut milk prawn curry. A great white wine, also excellent for meditation
Bright golden yellow
Attack with candied lemon and bitter orange, with hints of mango jam, then lychee and iodine notes
Full-bodied and dense, with a long-lasting fragrance and persistent flavour, fresh
