NeueHeimat’s ‘Welschriesling x Sämling’ Pet-Nat is a sweet wine made from grape varieties native to Southern Styria. Spontaneous fermentation was halted to preserve a moderate residual sugar content, which enhances the wine’s aromatic character. The sweetness is accompanied by aromas of elderflower, white peach and ripe apricot, with subtle hints of ginger. On the palate, it is smooth, velvety and pleasantly sweet, delicate and balanced by a lovely freshness. Excellent with apple strudel
