The Rosso Piceno ‘Stè’ from Santa Barbara is born from the union of Sangiovese and Montepulciano, noble grape varieties from central Italy and the Marche. The vinification in steel preserves the freshness of the fruit, maintaining an immediate and genuine sip. On the nose, it releases aromas of ripe cherry and black pepper, with delicate nuances of wilted violet. On the palate, it is dry, with present but integrated tannins, the sip is fresh and smooth. Ideal with tagliatelle with wild boar sauce.
Brilliant ruby red
Crisp profile with cherry and violet. then a peppery finish with red orange.
Clear, lively, grainy tannins and pleasant balance, fresh.
